4. Personal information we collect

- Payment information is processed through third-party payment processors. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Sarah Binks Consulting does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers, security codes, or equivalent payment credentials.
- Program and coaching information, such as intake responses, business goals, questions, comments, submissions, feedback, messages, assignments, participation in group discussions, and information you choose to share during coaching, courses, or communities.

- Marketing preferences, such as newsletter subscriptions, consent records, unsubscribe requests, survey responses, and promotional preferences.
- User-generated content, such as comments, posts, images, videos, chat messages, testimonials, reviews, or other materials you submit or post through the Services.
5. Purposes for collection, use, and disclosure

Sarah Binks Consulting does not guarantee that any third-party technology provider is error-free or immune from security incidents. Third-party platforms and tools may also be governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies.
You may adjust your browser settings to disable or limit cookies. However, some Website features, course features, payment functions, forms, videos, downloads, or platform features may not operate properly if cookies or similar technologies are disabled.

Sarah Binks Consulting is based in Ontario, Canada. The Services are primarily administered from Ontario and are not intended to provide jurisdiction-specific legal compliance in every country. If you access the Services from outside Canada, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in Canada and other jurisdictions.
Where European Union or United Kingdom privacy laws apply, we will process personal data on one or more lawful bases, including performance of a contract, consent, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, and the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims. 12. Group programs, communities, and confidentiality limits
Group programs, courses, live calls, online communities, chats, comments, and participant forums involve inherent privacy limits. Participants must not record, screenshot, copy, distribute, post, publish, or disclose another participant's personal information, business information, questions, images, voice, comments, or contributions without permission. However, Sarah Binks Consulting cannot guarantee that other participants will comply with these obligations.
You should not share information that you are not comfortable sharing in a group or online setting. Do not disclose unnecessary sensitive personal information, third-party confidential information, client/patient information, trade secrets, or information you are not authorized to disclose.
13. Recordings and transcripts
Some sessions, webinars, group calls, trainings, or events may be recorded or transcribed for internal administration, client access, quality improvement, or future educational use. If a session is recorded, we will use reasonable efforts to notify participants. By participating in a recorded session, you acknowledge that your name, image, voice, chat messages, questions, and contributions may appear in the recording or transcript.
Recordings and transcripts will not be used in public marketing materials or testimonials in a way that identifies you without your express consent, unless otherwise permitted by law.
14. Testimonials, reviews, and marketing use
We will obtain express consent before using your identifiable testimonial, review, photograph, video, voice, business name, likeness, or other identifiable contribution in public marketing materials. Operational use of recordings within a course or program is addressed separately above.
15. Safeguards
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including password protection, access controls, use of reputable service providers, secure payment processing, and reasonable internal confidentiality practices. No internet transmission, email, platform, or storage system is completely secure. You should not send highly sensitive information by email or through insecure channels.
16. Privacy breaches
If we become aware of a suspected or actual breach of security safeguards involving personal information, we will take reasonable steps to contain, investigate, assess, and respond to the incident. We will notify affected individuals, regulators, and/or other organizations where required by applicable law, including where a breach creates a real risk of significant harm under applicable Canadian privacy law.

Deletion requests are subject to legal, accounting, contractual, security, dispute-management, and legitimate business retention requirements.
